Very good. Only issue was hot water that either came out very hot or cold. No warm water available whatsoever. Very difficult to take a shower.

Enjoyed the stay Staff is nice Rooms are clean Swimming pool / gym / sauna / steam / hamam all are 5 star There is 24 hr shop at petrol station hardly 10min walk. Main attractions are around 15 - 20 min taxi Or you can take a metro and tram 5 min walk from hotel.

Nothing is as it appears on the website. The bathroom floor is dirty, and inside the bedroom as well. And by the way, the view is "beautiful." There is a cemetery in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. No noise. Awesome scenic view from 13th and 14th floor. Cooperative staff. Excellent concierge. Only thing I missed was easy walking neighborhood. Also room is not equipped with USB port for charging. And dark curtains were not available. If somebody is on paid tour or has one's own transport, it is an excellent choice for stay.
