「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Staff was friendly. The rooms are big and clean. It has a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was hot and they have a two waffle makers when the batter machine, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins etc. The mall is across the street along with restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang. Dave and busters and top golf also in the area. 」

「I was very impressed with our stay. Everyone was very nice and really seemed to care. The rooms were super clean. They were accommodating to our 3 kids and made us feel like we were at home. Nadia was amazing. She took care of us both days during breakfast and when we got to breakfast right at closing she even made my kids waffles before cleaning the waffle maker. We would recommend this place for a family stay and it was in a great safe area. 」
