On check in they made a mistake and gave us keys to someone else’s room! Later I found out it was my sister’s room (same last name). But that still shouldn’t have happened. On a five day stay the floor wasn’t vacuumed the entire time. Towels were resupplied garbage taken out and toilet cleaned that was it. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.
