"Everyone is so nice here- and all very helpful. The parking is great and there’s security at night. The rooms are large and always clean. I’ve stayed here every month since Jan and the customer service is A1- not steak sauce, haha- great service always!! I highly recommend this hotel- I haven't had the breakfast myself but my family has and they all say it’s really good. Anything you need they are always happy to help. A/C is cold and fridge/microwave is really nice to have in the room too!! "

"Mixed review - the good - Clean room, hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, fruit. No caffeinated tea option at breakfast, but tea kettle in room with 2 tea bags. The bad - the highway noise prevents any sleep from happening. So loud!!!"

"First they demand a cash deposit before they will allow you to check in. That wasn't listed anywhere on the property details. I was pissed because I had no cash and they didn't care. I was in town transporting family back and forth to the hospital to see a family member just diagnosed with cancer. They said oh well walk to the gas station and go to an ATM. It was horrible customer service. By the way the room details says a $50 room deposit and mentions nothing about cash. They flat out lie. Then the room was filthy. Literal graffiti on the chair, trash in the draws, chairs were absolutely filthy, the shower was disgusting, and the exterior had homeless just chilling in the parking lot. The door had no locks at all, the room has no clothing rack or closet so you couldn't hang clothes anywhere. And the shower knob fell off on my foot when I tried to take a shower. This hotel is a disgusting shame that hotels.com should remove from their site. The ac doesn't work and just leaks everywhere so every room has a trash can outside trying to catch the water. People were also screaming in the parking lot all night long. "
