Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim

Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim

8/10 Good
"Staff were wonderful, always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good, no mickey waffles, but waffles nonetheless. It is extremely family friendly, pool was great, hot tub was weird and cool but still fine, kiddie pool was a perk. Playground and basketball park were great! The room was clean but very rundown, the beds were not comfortable but your so tired it doesn't really matter. The full kitchen was a plus for sure."

Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate

Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate

8/10 Good
"It’s a bit pricey for a Motel 6, be aware they charge a $47 / night for parking also. They offer a small self check out store , items are over priced. Clean room but cigarette/ marijuana smell lingered in the room, hot tub and swimming in the courtyard were easily accessible. Although it’s near a high traffic area the noise is barely noticeable. Bathroom area was separated by one door which had a rubber hair tie to secure the door (which was a little strange). It’s an 8 minute drive to Disneyland, good place to stay if you just need a couple of nights to unwind from a long day at Disneyland. Nothing spectacular about this Motel 6 other than it was a lot cleaner and felt safer , compared to other Motel 6s in other big cities , where it felt like it was not safe."

Grand Legacy At the Park

"Only two nits regarding the property. 1. Narrow parking spaces (most of them). Admittedly I was driving a midsized SUV, but I did find some good spots). 2. The main restaurant/bar opened at 5 pm. Great aspects: a. Room was clean and well appointed. It was also ready almost 1.5 hours early and the hotel called me to let me know. b. The staff was very helpful. We were in a multi room group and they put us in rooms that were close or adjoining. Didn’t even have to ask! c. The pool was nice with lots of chairs, towels and umbrellas. d. There were 4 restaurants (Denny’s, IHOP, Tony Romas and a small coffee, pastry shop within 150-200’ from our room - literally a 5 minute walk. e. As advertised the hotel is about 2-3 blocks from your room to the ticket gates/entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. It’s actually a shorter walk than from the Disneyland Hotel. This hotel is about a 15-18 minute walk to Downtown Disney (and much less expensive). Our families will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel has so much more to offer than all those other hotels around Disneyland. Their Service is excellent from the moment you land at the hotel. You can always find help. Their staff is readily available throughout the grounds. They have a large pool with ample chairs. They even have cocktail service at the pool. The grounds are great for kids with various lawn games. They have an excellent Pizza restaurant and a full service bar. Today, this is a hidden Gem but back in 1959 this place was the place to be."

"Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here. It' s a large and beautiful hotel. The lobby, grounds, and room were clean, modern, and well-kept. My only qualms were that we had to pay $48/ night for parking. And where else would one park? If you arrived in your own car then you HAVE to pay to park in the lot. If I had factored that into the total when I booked I would have stayed elsewhere. In addition, there is no complimentary breakfast. Again, another feature that other smaller hotels would provide free. Also, one time I called to ask a simple question to the front desk from my room and I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes. I just hung up eventually. It's a nice hotel. Just be prepared to spend WAY more than you thought."

"The continental breakfast is amazing. Lots of choices. The main issues we're needing to fix timer to jacuzzi and clock. The rooms were huge. They needs to check the TVs as ours was loose as well as the towel bar in the bathroom. I would still stay her"

The Biltmore Los Angeles

The Biltmore Los Angeles

8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore Los Angeles. For our budget, it was a great choice, especially because we were interested in staying in a historic building and exploring its history and architectural details. The hotel has a lot of character, and being able to stay in such an iconic Los Angeles landmark made the experience even more special for us. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our room was very comfortable and well maintained. The only minor issue we noticed was that some of the hallways occasionally had a slightly unpleasant or musty smell, possibly from the carpeting, but it was tolerable and did not negatively affect our overall stay. Overall, we had a very good experience and felt the Biltmore offered excellent value, especially for anyone who appreciates historic hotels, architecture, and the history of Los Angeles. We would definitely consider staying here again."
