The staff was not outstanding nor were they horrible. They provided mediocre service. The room was the same. The pillows were all flat and did not provide cushion. There were hand prints on the wall behind the toilet. The elevator was on the opposite end of the lobby. The location was great though. Conveniently located next to great shops.
