"Stayed here recently for labor day weekend f9r the first time. This hotel is great, clean and staff is very welcoming and informative. Our walk to Disneyland/California Adventure Park was 14 min with kids and stroller. Pool was heated and perfect. Our room was incredible and we are grateful for the room upgrade that was made available to us, our kids loved the bunk beds. We love this place and will be returning for sure!"

"Love the location of the hotel. $49 parking per night seems excessive. The first room were assigned smelled like wet laundry and union. Had to ask to relocated. The new room was good but was an inconvenience we were almost late to our reservation. If you want convenience than it a good place to stay."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room had a great view, and I love the size of the hotel and the many floors. The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, which really helped make up for some of the concerns with the property. The hotel itself is definitely showing its age and could use some updating. Areas such as the elevators, flooring, bathroom vanity, and other parts of the room and hotel are starting to look worn and outdated. Some renovations would make a big difference. My biggest disappointment was the cost of breakfast at the café. Breakfast for two people was $112, with one person having the buffet and the other only having a bowl of oatmeal and coffee. I felt this was extremely expensive, especially for a hotel breakfast. Overall, the wonderful customer service, great view, and atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, but updating the property and offering more reasonable breakfast prices would greatly improve the overall guest experience."
