「When I got there my room was not ready. Chris was amazing. My fridge was very small. I asked for ocean view didn’t get it. I was looking at a wall. My luggage came at 3pm my room wasn’t ready till 4pm. When it was time for check out there was no staff in the front desk. The staff member didn’t show up to work. There was 15 people waiting to checkout. Due to no staff everyone had to care their luggage to the boat. I rate this place a 3 out of 5.」
