老板人很好，有码头免费接送服务，看到我们行李很多还免费给我们升级到了一个更大更好的房间，而且房间靠近电梯方便我们运送行李，还免费用车送我们去超市购物，服务很周到，旅馆位置也很方便，距离赌场潜水点步行5分钟，距离绿色码头步行10分钟，出行非常方便！

Housekeepers missed some hair in the shower curtains and the towels were dirty. In addition the sink in the bathroom did not work.

Condition of the room was very disappointing and far below what was advertised. When we entered, the room had an odor. The overall condition of the room showed clear signs of neglect. The walls were chipped in multiple corners, and the carpet was lifting in areas, creating a noticeable tripping hazard. The electrical issues were especially frustrating. The bathroom outlet did not work at all, which forced me to get ready in the kitchen area. Even there, the outlets were loose had to physically hold my curling iron in place because the plug would not stay secure. The bathroom itself was in poor condition. The light panel was broken with visible rust, and there was additional rust buildup near the toilet, which gave the entire space an unclean and poorly maintained feel. Cleanliness throughout the room was also a concern. Behind the bed was very dusty and dirty, the blackout curtains had visible stains, and there were splatters on the walls that appeared to have been there for some time. While we did not report these issues during our stay since we were only there for one night, I did take photos to document the condition of the room. For the price charged, this was far below expectations and not reflective of the images shown on their own website and the ones on Expedia. (I always check both) I would not stay here again. I strongly recommend that the property address these maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns, as the current condition does not match .

I was disappointed in this property. The staff there was very nice though. None of my complaint is about them. The first room I was given (Room 303) was in bad condition. It smelled, the desktop wood was heavily scratched, the carpet had stains, some paint had chipped off. I complained and was given room 602, which had recently been improved which was nicer. The exterior property is in need of a fresh coat of paint. The jacuzzi was tiny and didn’t look too clean. The room smelled bad. For any rental, I expect better.

The room was very dirty and outdated. We ended up moving hotels the next day. They did end up refunding my money which I appreciated. The lady at front desk was very helpful.

The jacuzzi was out of service, the shower gel was out and the bathroom smelled like mildew. I wasn’t aware that the room wasn’t going to have a hair blow dryer. The people staying on the top were walking around all hours of the night. No sleep me and I’m exhausted.

The room was clean. The property is very run down with little to no amenities- not even a hair dryer in the room. No ice on the property. The buildings are outdated. Went to the office to request clean towels, was told they would be brought right up and they would collect the dirty towels at that time. Over 1.4 hours wait for towels.

Room was super outdated. There was an portable ac in our room that did not cool the room at all, the original ac was leaking. Our room was located on the 4th floor however we had to walk past a series of trash can to get to our door. We stayed one night and we received a text at 9pm stating we had complaints of being too loud, we are a family of 3 and our daughter was fast asleep at this time. I advised the employee that maybe they meant to send it to the people below us as we could hear them cackling down the staircase that connected to the down stairs room. However other than that the employees were super polite and helpful when interacting with them.
