「service is very good but location is far away from Roma central, took much time for travel 」

「餐廳員工，以及櫃檯人員都非常親切，有問必答，是一個舒適的住宿環境。」

「The staff were nice and kind. I love it a lot. I wish I had stay longer. Due to the epidemic, I had to catch my flight in Vienna so I left one night earlier than planned. My daughter and I felt so sorry that we didn't have the chance to enjoy this inviting place more. 」

「Clean room! Great for solo traveler. It is just 10-15 minutes walk to St. Peter Basilica and in heart of downtown Vatican city! Guest service was helpful and very accommodating」

「Amazing property, amazing staff!」

「Room was worn. Scuffs on the wall, just a bit run down.」

「The room was clean and big, the toilet door cannot close properly but didn't really affect our stay. Strong air-conditioning which was essential during heat wave」

「Nice building in a safe and convenient location! Nice breakfast and employees!」

「Very nice hotel and convenient location. Excellent attentions from staff! Recommend 100%.」

「This is a nice hotel and it is walking distance to amenities you may need for your stay. The rooms were clean and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is really close to the vatican area and a short bus ride to the other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.」

「退房時要求再支付總共40歐元的稅，我預訂時已繳付了稅項，但酒店説不夠。最終又再支付了總共40歐元（共5晚）的稅。 這點事先一直聼說過，讓人非常不爽」

「Hotel piccolo e accogliente. Personale gentile. Le camere sono pulite. Come posizione non è comodissimo, ma li vicino c’è la stazione del treno con il quale ci si può muovere comodamente」

「Our room was clean with simple basic furniture. The location was convenient for getting to historical sites by local bus or metro. We learned from reception that the money collected for these rooms rented out gets donated to an orphanage in the Phillipines which is very heart warming❤️ So if you are expecting the Hilton quality this will not be for you. We were happy with our 1 night stay and would come back again.」

「Excellent location. 200 meters from Vatican. A lot of restaurants nearby. The apartment was really clean and nice. Aircon was great. Communication with the owner was quick. I would definetely stay again.」

「We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well」
