「Great location in Polanco, close to shops, cafes and restaurants」

「We really enjoyed our stay in the “Tequila” room at this property. We arrived to a clean and spacious area with everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and had plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. The hosts were very responsive which proved to be very helpful when we were having trouble with the door codes! They quickly resolved them and checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit CDMX!!」

When I contacted the hotel, I did not receive the level of assistance or resolution I expected. This situation made me feel that guest belongings are not handled with the level of care they should be. I recommend that future guests be very careful with their personal items and double-check the room before leaving. ” 」
