"The staff were so miserable and unhelpful - forgetting our spa booojg altogether, trying to charge us double for a taxi to the airport that was meant to be included in the package and they never smiled and weren’t welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, however. And the breakfast was good. The rooms were okay, but outdated, they charged us random prices for drinks - charging double one night for drinks we’d had the previous night. It was chaotic and not restful. The city itself is pretty awful and this seemed to be carried through into the hotel."

"Good clean room. Staff did a workaround we requested to make the double bed more like twin single beds. They also lent us the small scissors we asked for. The room had good acoustic isolation with the streets outside, as it managed to silence the noisy streets outside. Good air conditioning. Had a medium-sized safe that could hold a laptop but didn't have a frigobar. Spacious bathroom and shower box. Bidet with appropriate aiming. Very diverse and good quality breakfast. The internal areas of the hotel are well kept, cozy and decorated. Checkout at noon is great, as there are other places that say 11 or even 10 in the morning. There are also things you can buy in the reception, like various drinks, snacks, and electric gadgets. Location is great in the sense it is as close as it gets from the main train station from the city. Unfortunately, not the hotel's fault obviously, most of that central city region is a slum. "

"This place is not for anyone over 50. The location while close to train is frightening, very frightening. The rooftop is not open so no bar no breakfast no anything The room has nothing in it, no tissues no soap on tap, the pillows are non existent they are two pieces of hard foam. The beds are hard as bricks. It us not a place I can recommend but the staff tried their best and were cheerful and helpful but the hotel was beautiful 40 years ago but not now."

"This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown."

"Room was large and nice, needed a little TLC. Area around the hotel isn't great. Americans if you have never traveled to Italy / Europe before: wash cloths are not usually provided ; the have A/C but it does not work great ; the room key card has to be placed in a slot to turn the power on to the room, so when you leave the power goes off."

"A very strange check in with no signs to tell you where to go and no active reception. The building is old and not in a great area albeit very close to the main station. The room was however clean and comfortable and once we got hold of the manager everything was very good"

"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

"We were offered an upgrade for only 25 euros for an early check in and a beautiful one bedroom suite. Amenities are second to none. Staff very helpful."

"A nice hotel in a rough neighbourhood. The hotel does offer peace of mind in an area of Naples that is not the best. The hotel has a restaurant which provides breakfast (free if selected) and dinner at reasonable prices. The food was not too bad, breakfast was reasonable with a selection of pastries, eggs, bacon, musli and fruit. Wifi is provided, occasionally it would drop out and you would need to log in again everyday. The rooms are not sound proof which was a bit of a let down mainly because you could hear people inside the hotel, outside was fairly quiet as I had a room on the ground floor next to the road. The rooms were spacious and soap and gels and towels are provided, my bathtub/shower leaked a little, but other than that it was good. Aircon is available but only for the summer months; after June 1."
