This is a decent place to stay due to being close to Truist, but outside of the lobby, there isn’t much to be desired. Our sheets smelled like mildew and the shower didn’t drain well. 2 elevators were out of order right at check out. Dozens of people were trapped waiting on the one operable elevator because the stairs only take you down to the third floor. Long story short, after 20 min of waiting on the elevator, we went out of the emergency exit which didn’t even set off an alarm. Everyone around us said they wouldn’t be coming back due to fire hazard concerns. I agree.

- No signs at lobby door indicating “Lobby”. - Door pick-up / drop-off area is not wide enough to hold two cars if one does not leave space for another car. - Hotel dining area is too open, has very limited menu, and requires customer to order at the bar, not at the table. - Lobby check-in staff does not inform customers that housekeeping is only provided when requested.

I booked this hotel on two factors breakfast advertised and the pool. I was there for many days and the pool was closed and none of what was advertised for breakfast was available at all. I paid more money and choose what I thought was quality for cost. I’m extremely disappointed I could have went to a cheap hotel if I wanted basic services. The staff was super friendly and curtious. However I want what I paid for.

My stay was very refreshing and comfortable. Despite reading prior reviews, I am certain that renovations were completed by the time I arrived. My room felt like home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly, excellent customer service. I would definitely look to this hotel first when I return to the area for a stay.

I expected to have a better breakfast ,most of the food are ultra process food and there are very little other options. When I entered my room I smell the cleaning stuff and I had to keep the door open for about an hour.

Nice hotel… were not told that the pool was under maintenance… A little loud if you have a room that faces the freeway Toilet did not work well, very low for newly renovated room.

Easy walking to Truist Park. Also, near the Cumberland Mall. Super clean Hotel and the King Suite was lovely. Dining & Bar area 5 stars. Kiara and Ashur were great! What wonderful stewards!

The staff friendliness was over and above any experience we have had in recent memory. The property was very nice and perfect for walking to a Braves game with directions provided at check-in. We reserved a king on Expedia but received 2 full beds instead- although we would have preferred the larger bed, we were still very satisfied with our stay!
