Check in was a little clumsy as the ‘front’ desk is actually in a separate bldg and the clerk had to check 3 separate groups in at the same time and then walk us all to our bldgs and rooms. Seems like they need an additional person working the check in area during peak times (this was ~5pm).」

The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on and we enjoyed being able to walk to the coffee shop down the street, as well as the easy access to the art district, and the parking garage connected to the hotel. We named the upstairs tenant “Thunderfoot” because whoever was up there was either extremely heavy footed or the floor was extremely thin. We also stayed on a weekend and could hear the live music next door but they stopped...

「Great experience. Not one negative thing to say. I love the Marriott brand. But not all with allow dogs. And that’s a non-negotiable with us. So we usually stay at Aloft. Which is fine. But the AC by Marriott is a level up. Wish all the Marriott AC’s would welcome man’s best friend! Wonderful top of the chart staff at Marriott AC Asheville.」
