「Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower.」

「The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday.」

「Multiple Mayo appts. Only issue entirely not to do with hotel- shuttle service was nice but several times the bus had 3x the allowed passenger limit. 65 counted on a 20 something passenger bus. Could have gotten off and waited an hour for last bus but heard it at 71 on it the day before!」

「Really outstanding. Friendly and accommodating staff allowed me to check in early (post-surgery). So, that was a relief. Check-in otherwise was really quick and efficient. Treated me like a guest.
