「We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. 」

「There are lots of workers staying at the hotel. They were super loud until 2-3am playing music from their trucks in the parking lot which is right up against the hotel rooms and drinking out on the walkways. There are shipping containers stacked in the parking lot. The night clerk was contacted to ask for assistance with the noise level and said “there is nothing I can do about it.” We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left after one night after getting very little sleep.
