From an easy check in, to the friendly staff - the TownePlace Suites were a great hotel to stay at in West Asheville. We landed late at night and it was only a 16 minute drive from the Asheville airport. Super close to all the major locations in Asheville for tourism. The beds were comfy and everything was spot on. Would recommend and stay here again.

This hotel seems like it is newer, so everything was very clean & tidy. The welcome desk staff were friendly. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included, as well. The only issue we ran into was that our bed was not re-made/towels were not replaced when we returned at the end of the day. Not sure if ours got missed by accident, and not a huge deal, but we were a little surprised by this.

This hotel was a welcome respite after a beautiful day at Smoky Mtn National Park. The staff welcomed us in, and our room was classy, well appointed, quiet and clean. Area restaurant choices were numerous.
