"Breakfast was ok"

"Refused a room. Harrassed by front desk and manager even after showing them proof of room purchase with receipt. Did not feel comfortable sleeping at this hotel so we did not check in to the room we payed for. We went to the crown plaza hotel down the road. Much better service. The manager also lied and said he refunded our room. We never got a refund"

"Everything was wonderful, but the room service left a lot to be admired. When your special night for dinner comes up in a paper bag, it truly doesn’t set a great feeling. When your tag line is, luxury beyond your expectations and your room service comes in a paper bag? You can do way better than that."

"Staff was friendly. Room was ok. Bedding and towels were stained which made it feels less clean. "

"You get what you pay for. In an area of expensive hotel rooms, this was a good value option. The rooms were older and could use an upgrade. The chairs need to be re upholstered, etc. There was ample parking and the area felt safe for a male. It was a good basic option."

"The apartment was clean and quiet. Also, we loved having a kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving meal! Very convenient location to get to my family. "
