「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Melrose Mansion! Emily @ front desk was amazing. She was welcoming, gave us detailed lists of activities, tours, and the best home style, feel good, cultural restaurants and bars in NOLA! Thank God she was there to inform us at the start of our trip or I would’ve followed my extremely touristy itinerary and probably been underwhelmed!
