「This hotel is located very conveniently on commercial Street. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The heat was broken in our room so they upgraded us to a beautiful king suite instead! We have stayed here several times and will continue to go back in the future. 」

「Lovely room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and massive. The towels are a bit thin. And the floor of the shower stall was quite slippery. Needs some kind of grip stickers or the like. I couldn't figure out the sauna but the person I was texting with was quite kind and helpful.
There was a $20 per hour charge for coming in early which ,given a Monday off season, seemed a bit ridiculous so I wasn't a fan of the extra change for what in many places is a simple courtesy.」

「AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
