「The property was modern and clean with plenty of cozy common areas to enjoy. We didn’t have time to go in the hot tub and sauna but they looked inviting. Our room was wonderful! We had a separate cottage suite with a private outside space a nice inside seating area. It was clean and attractive and comfortable. The host was amazing! I wish we had stayed longer.」

「I decided to take a last minute trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. I got the penthouse room and loved it so much. It was extremely cute and had access to the rooftop, which was so cool to have to ourselves. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The decor is modern and chic, and the location is great. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
