「We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. 」

「There was still stuff on the floor between the refrigerator and the wall so clearly the room hadnt been vacuumed. At breakfast there was no where to sit because all the tables were full and the tables were dirty. 」

「We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. The hotel looked tired and worn and not overly clean. The biggest problem for us was in the bathroom -- the toilet was very low to the floor and difficult to rise from (no grab bar) and the tub had very high sides making it difficult to get in and out of, The front desk clerk said all rooms in the hotel had the same bathroom set-up, so changing rooms would not have helped. We were stuck here for three nights and not very happy about it. This...

「不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。」

「The whole facility was beautiful and clean. Our room was immaculate, the two queen beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was always fresh and bright. I was very impressed with the staff and I told the general manager so. We would definitely consider staying there again if we will return to Peoria.」

「I was told I could get a roll away. No roll away. Told a room with 2 beds was the same price as the room with an inroom hot tub - another lie. Huge confusion. BS. and horrible customer service!」

「I had my dog 🐕 along. I had to put her in the car and drive next door to Cracker barrel to find grass for her. Outside area of hotel just old pavement ,dirty,and littered. Room not clean. Foreign objects on floor next to sink that I didn't want to touch. 」
