「We stayed 7 nights. 3 days in a row our room was not serviced by housekeeping. We told the front desk every day and was assured it would be serviced each day but it was not. The housekeeping paperwork said we had DND tag on door but that was not true. I think they had staff issues. After speaking with GM it was finally serviced. 」

「The Property is in a good location close to Civic center. The place is clean, the staff is responsive, and they have a basic continental breakfast. This is a great stay for the price. 」

「Needed a cot, food options were limited and what was available, was too expensive for what you got. Limited amenities. Probably exploring other options next time. Not terrible, just not the most pleasant experience. Elevator situation desperately needs improvement 」
