I liked the way the rooms on the ground floor have both interior and exterior doors. It made unloading and loading the vehicle much more convenient.

Pretty good for the money. But two beds with one nightstand in the middle is not ideal when two people are sharing a bed. One of them has no table for a book, lamp, charging or power outlets, a drink, etc. A little more thought into the furnishings and the needs of travelers would be good.

This place in NOT clean. There was a streak of blood the side of the roll of toilet paper, mold on the wall behind the toilet, and the room was grimy and smelled bad. I was so happy to just leave as soon as possible. It is very dirty. The staff is nice, but I know they can do nothing about how terrible the accommodations were. Never again! And I will likely never consider another Quality Inn.

Hotel was decent. We booked a non smoking room, as soon as we opened thr door, the stench of cigarettes hit us. There seemed to be a large convention being held at the same time as our stay, by the time we ad made it down to breakfast, everything was almost gone. The only things left were the English muffins, some kids yogurt and the beverages... checking out, had to ring the bell twice, receptionist seemed upset saying she got busy upstairs.

Staff is kind & relational. Mattresses were acceptable. Room is dark. Lightbulbs had to be requested when housekeeping should have caught it. Worst breakfast of any hotel we’ve stayed at. Security was compromised on the door to outside.

The staff at the front desk could be a little nicer. The room was fine, and the breakfast was very good. Expedia needs to label the rooms for those guest that have pets. It was a problem at checking in.

The hotel is a little outdated and the carpet smells like it's been there for a little while. The breakfast was about normal for most hotels. The staff does not clean the room so unless you ask them to. I stayed there for a week and they never even knocked on the door. Had to leave my trash outside the door and use Walmart bags for replacements in the cans. Bathroom was decent however it looked like they clean the surface of the toilet but nobody's taking a scrub brush to it in a while. I would say it's okay if you just stay in the weekend but no longer than that. The sheets were soft but the towels felt like brillo pads.
