「Volgens de omschrijving is er een bubbelbad; dat is in dit geval een gewoon bad met bubbel installatie. Dus geen hot tube of zo. Kamers zijn schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is er erg goed met een ruime keuze aan gerechten.」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「The apartment was great. Pool lovely. Staff helpful. The advertised free bus only runs once a day at 10:30. Only downsides: The single beds are hard and not comfy new mattress needed. The double and sofa are good. Location good use the local taxi company not uber. 」

「Amazing hotel super clean rooms, very helpful staff, great pools, lovely food and drink. Lots of kids activities included like high ropes and trampolines. Can't fault it」

「We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities.」

「Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply...
