"Overall a good value. The room had stains on the carpet and a good rapper was found under the bed. Otherwise the room was clean, smelled good and good sound dampening as we didn’t even k ow that the hotel was at capacity u til we went down to breakfast in the morning. Very comfortable stay for parents and 4 kids."

"Vacation Village at Williamsburg has become a new favorite for us! This visit we had a little issue with the shower water not coming out very much unless it was on hot, then of course it was too hot to get a shower. Hopefully they will fix that for the next visitors. But there’s indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, ping pong tables, pickleball court, small game room, you can borrow dvd’s. Theres no breakfast, but the rooms have all you need, to cook meals. They do have free coffee in the public space at the welcome center."

"The location was great, and the size of the rooms was wonderful. It was nice to have two bathrooms. One room’s air-conditioning unit worked very well, but unfortunately, the other was very loud, so we couldn’t use the pullout bed in that room because the AC turning on and off was too disruptive for sleeping. The water pressure wasn’t very good in one of the bathrooms (the ADA compliant one), and we were initially told that they couldn’t provide a hairdryer for me with the explanation that they didn’t have enough for all the rooms so it was luck of the draw. Ultimately, they brought me a hairdryer, though. I found the bed to be comfortable, but my son did not like the soft pillows. We never did have the opportunity to use the pool, and we really appreciated the kitchen and being able to store leftovers. It was definitely a very clean room, but they never did come into service it during the stay."
