「It is a bare-bones hotel, good for a night's stay on your way in or out of Cartagena. 」

「Mi experiencia fue muy buena, Coraima en el Front Desk, Muy respetuosa, amable, educada, me explico todo lo relacionado al hospedaje y aclaro algunas preguntas que tenia. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y cerca de la Plaza del Reloj (punto de encuentro para la mayoria de los tours)cuenta con un Roof top que ofrece: muy buena comida y tragos a buen precio. Tambien se puede aprovechar de una buena vista del casco historico.」

「The location was in the heart of the Walled City which made it super convenient to everything, however it also made it a bit loud at night while trying to sleep (def need ear plugs). The hotel room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Check In/Out was very easy and the host communicated very well through WhatsApp. There’s also free breakfast right around the corner which we really enjoyed. 」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「This hotel was an incredibly comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. Its location was perfect, right in front of the beach and close to many of the spots I wanted to explore. The food was phenomenal, and the ambiance throughout the property was amazing. There was a DJ every evening during dinner, which created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. It was definitely a vibe. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to...
