「We didn’t get the code to enter the unit until we’d been there over an hour because we could t get in touch with anyone. The AC had a lock on it so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The sheets and all linens besides the towels were filthy. Period stains and pubic hair on the fold out couch sheets, sweat stains on the decorative pillows, animal Hair on the spare shoots and pillows in closet.. I mean it was disgusting. If there were anyone to complain to, I would. So gross」

「For the price - the unit should not have missing furniture (only two chairs at dining table instead of four and no bedside table so lamp was on the floor). Also the bathroom fan broken-,when turned on it was so loud it could not be used. Finally, the sofa was faux leather and very worn. The unit was clean and it was quiet overnight.」
