"Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy. "

"For how much this hotel costs I was really blown away by how luxurious it felt! It was well worth tge price at a great value. There are hotel clothes and slippers available in the room that you can wear around to the lobby, spa, and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and I had a fantastic view! I also had a chance to try the public bath on the roof and it was so relaxing! The surrounding area is also worth exploring. I wish I had more time to spend here and will definitely book again on my future trips."
