"Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is super clean and spacious. Location not overly crowded. Convenient. Facilities new and hotel ambience is fantastic "
"Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy. "
"Just an excellent stay. Perfect for a family. Easily walk to the subway and train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Also really easy to explore Osaka from here and get to Universal."
"Very nice hotel. Location is very central to everything you need to walk to in Osaka. Comfortable rooms and very esthetic. Would recommend and will visit again next time!"
"For how much this hotel costs I was really blown away by how luxurious it felt! It was well worth tge price at a great value. There are hotel clothes and slippers available in the room that you can wear around to the lobby, spa, and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and I had a fantastic view! I also had a chance to try the public bath on the roof and it was so relaxing! The surrounding area is also worth exploring. I wish I had more time to spend here and will definitely book again on my future trips."
