"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"Thx to the staff. We were moved up the road a few doors away and had to hand over 50£ cash 'deposit'. Our pal who got the actual room he booked didnt. Air condition units out back noisy on/ off but room fine and bed comfortable. Thx "

"What did I think about my stay at Sheridan’s? What stay? Booed this with Expedia on 21st feb It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on.. Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know. Leaving us with nowhere to stay."
