"It was tucked away so not noisy. Close to all areas that we needed to go. Staff were real friendly. Room was so clean. TV was crystal clear. Fee parking. What wasn't to like."

"We found parking easily right outside the hotel and when we arrived, the owner was very friendly and helpful indeed. The room was lovely, very clean. Had a bit of trouble working out how to use the shower but maybe that's just me! There was air conditioning and also we could open the window. Plenty of tea, coffee etc."

"Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel is well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we will be back again before long. The location is also great - the hotel and the area has a bit of a seaside feel, and Waterloo station is a short walk away with frequent Merseyrail train services to Liverpool centre. The hotel has a good bar and restaurant serving food most of the day. Can definitely recommend this hotel."

"A lovely place to stay, we were only there for 1 night, to see the ‘Other place’. A Perfect location to access the Anthony Gormly installation on the beach! We didn’t think much of the local restaurant’s on offer though."

"My stay was clean and comfortable although check-in seemed a bit haphazard. My room was a little bit cramped even for a single person although it was a double room. There was not enough room for wardrobes or drawers so I would suggest some shelves in the room and en suite would be useful. Location was very good for accessing cycle routes on the Wirral."
