「Nice and good service」

「What did I think about my stay at Sheridan’s? What stay? Booed this with Expedia on 21st feb It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on.. Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know. Leaving us with nowhere to stay.」

「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. 「This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

「The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」
