「Property and restaurants were very nice. Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. We did not receive any compensation. Would not stay here again.」

「Room wasn't ready at 4. We had a hard day and we both are handicapped. They asked to switch us to another room that was ready and comparable. I asked if still ocean view and they said yes. Got to room, NO OCEAN VIEW!! Only view was of courtyard. We were too tired to ask to be moved again. We were very upset as this was a special trip and had not seen each other in 40 yrs!」

「We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! 」
