「Breakfast was awful,the bacon overcooked,scrambled eggs under cooked and sausages burnt on one side and the not cooked on the other. 」

「Spotless room, some front desk staff ( Donald) were great , some just a little friendly. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Rooms are old but comfortable, cool and clean. Lobby is dark 」

「I was assigned the same room as on my previous visit, and the room did not have a clear ocean view. High concrete balcony wall in the room. Not ideal. 」

「Place was great!! Front desk, house keeping and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I won’t sit at the bar as long as that tall dude is bartending. There’s plenty of bars in the area with cool ppl behind the bar.」

「The hotel was very clean and smelled soo fresh! We ended up staying at the pool for almost 4 hours because of the drinks (pineapple margaritaa yummm!!) and steel drummer playing! The view was great as well. 」

「The car service is not organized. There was a wedding at the hotel. Many amenities were shut down because of the wedding. For some reason staff members knew nothing about the closures. There was mold on the water coolers at the pool. There was a 5 foot drop from the beach to the ocean. How do they expect elderly guests to get to and from the water. 」

「Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left.」

「I loved the location of hotel, (right ON the beach) and our room faced to ocean. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was very updated and clean. The furniture is dated but clean and we just loved staying there. The Property manager Tricia or Kristi (cant remember)was awesome and so was Joe at the front desk. she went out of her way to make it an enjoyable stay. She was wonderful. It has a putting green, pool, BBQ area and covered areas to sit. The breakfast area has Yogurt, coffee,...

「Very clean property and walking distance to the beach is just a couple hundred yards. My only knock was in Room #1, a little of light comes through the window all night, right over the head of the bed. Miguel who tends the property was very friendly.」
