「The staff and level of service are really what set this hotel apart from other luxury properties. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool experience and all dining were wonderful. Our room was beautiful - the ONLY negative was that the room was described as sleeping 4, however the beds were full-sized, not queens, so it was very tight. But all the other positives outweighed that one minor inconvenience. 」

「The staff was amazing, we arrived at 1:30 am on Thursday the 24th. The gentleman working at the check-in desk was so nice and very helpful. Our room had issues with the air conditioning, the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall but the room and bed was nice. 「This was our first time staying at Vistas del Mar in Deerfield Beach, and we absolutely loved it! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — which, honestly, is not very common in South Florida, so this was a refreshing surprise. 「This place was awesome. When we arrived there was a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies and info about surrounding restaurants and fun things to do. The beach was a short walk and was beautiful. They had everything you needed and someone was there within minutes if something needed to be done. I will be staying here again when I return to Florida.」

「I had stayed here years earlier. At that time there was a tiki bar attendant. Tiki bar was not operating this time. I found the brick pathways to be uneven to walk on. Had to be careful—balance not as good as it used to be. Our room was perfect. Pool was nice. I would stay again. Restaurants are close by. 」
