the air in the room is damp & muggy, the door doesn’t shut properly, toilet doesn’t flush properly, the bed is sunken in. you can feel the springs in your back & every surface in the room is sticky despite being wiped down by me personally… the pool is dirty, restaurant wasn’t open through my entire stay, & the person that checked me in on Sunday couldn’t be bothered to look up from instagram on her phone while i was standing in front of her. they also blew my phone up asking for a rating & when i gave them this exact review, crickets. no response. no follow up. so i guess they only wanted the feedback if it was good. if i could get a refund i would.

The only thing good about our stay was the rate. And the location is fantastic too. The hotel was horrible. The non-smoking room wreaked of old cigarette smoke and you couldn't even go out on the balcony because there were so many people smoking outside that the smoke came into the room. Would not recommend staying here.

The pictures shown distant quite a lot from reality; manager was very rude when I described that I had already talked to expedia to change locations, because of some situations we had seen upon arrival to check in and the room condition and she even denied having received the cancellation email. Once we left, to come back later, I received a cancellation confirmation by email (thank goodness I got a notification on my phone and saw it right away), we rushed back, while trying to reach expedia's customer service; upon arrival, they were already cleaning the room without our authorization

Easy check in and comfortable bed, although it seemed short. The restaurant and Tiki bar are closed on Mondays, so keep that in mind. Quiet and peaceful.

Never stay at this hotel. I found used condoms in the apartment and the bathroom. And the manager didn't care, because it must be something normal at this hotel. Stay away from this hotel, it's the worst hotel in the world.

Clean room, friendly staff. The elevators were not working. And they have the Employee elevator shut down for the night so we had to walk three flights of stairs with a bunch of stuff just to get to the room. We got a totally different room than what the picture showed when we booked the room, but it still was decent. Let us have late Check out when we really needed it.

I am very disappointed and uncomfortable in this place. I don't understand how it has so many stars because it's worse than a motel. The reception staff was very rude and inflexible. The elevator and jacuzzi have been broken for over a week. The walls are dirty, and my room had a broken, very uncomfortable bed. I asked for a refund so I could leave, and the receptionist said it wasn't possible. This place owes me a refund for giving me a room in poor condition, with a broken bed and hostile treatment.
If you look at the floor, you can see the broken wood. They replaced it, but it was still uneven, which gave me severe back pain.

Clean. But we did not have hot water in the shower. There is something wrong with the shower faucet that needs fixing. Also something is wrong with the bottom of the tub. The top layer of the tub separated so there is water underneath so standing in the tub is like standing on a waterbed. Very strange. The wires bed was very uncomfortable. Back hurts the next day. I like the white tile floors which were clean. Kitchen was also clean.
