「We had a wonderful stay with a room that looked out directly on to the beach – perfect! The pool was lovely and clean. We enjoyed breakfast a lot, especially because they had dietary information and gluten free bread available for me! The star of the holiday was the a-la carte restaurant, Onirókipos, though, because the food was incredible and the service fantastic. Can't fault our stay!」

「Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben.」

「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. 「Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. 「We booked a loft suite for a week. From the moment we arrived till we left what more can you say other than.. Brilliant. The hotel is really well laid out and whilst it’s big it never gives the feeling of an all inclusive full of guests. If you want privacy, relaxation and away from the normal crowds then this is a great choice. The food is brilliant and honestly the choice and quality is fantastic. The desserts are something else. The genuine care and friendliness of the team who work here...
