We stayed at this hotel for about a month for a business/pleasure trip, and we can't say anything but good things about the entire experience. Maria and Dimitris are two angels who run this hotel, and our stay wouldn’t be the same without them. Truly amazing people, professional, friendly, hardworking, and always helpful. We have such wonderful memories and can’t thank them enough for making our stay so easy and pleasant!

Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.

Top notch! Amazing!

One of the best, if not the best, properties in the city of Heraklion. Walking distance to everything, central location but the rooms are so brand new that the soundproof quality makes you feel like you’re all alone, spacious rooms, i could write down all the positives for hours. Most of all, customer service and communication is top notch. Truly an advertisement for Cretan hospitality. Will book again 100% next time i’ll be at Heraklion.

The hotel is in a Residential area, but is walkable to the main attractions and restaurants. It's a fairly new building so accommodations are nice and very comfortable. The rooms have a small kitchen area in the event that you want to prepare breakfast. Staff at the reception are really nice and helpful. I really recommend this place.

The hotel sent us detailed information regarding check in, parking, and bus services to Heraklion. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. We chose this hotel because we thought we would have difficulty of finding parking in Old Town of Heraklion. The hotel paid for the public parking. The location of the hotel is surrounded by local residences.

Cute space, would stay again

This was such a cute space and just a few minutes from the beach. I do recommend renting a car (which as our oversight, the front desk did help us do). We drove to a beach in another city as our front desk person recommended and we are SO glad we did - it was beautiful. Since this was a part of a longer trip, we really appreciated the laundry facilities that were just around the corner along with the supermarket that was just a few steps away.

This hotel is a little gem in a perfect location in Heraklion. The rooms are big, clean and there is more than you would expect. The value you get here is much higher than price. You can reach all the main attractions by having nice foot walk on the coast promenade to the city center. Many thanks to Dimitri who made our stay pleasant and flawless. I’m not easy to please and I spent a very long time searching for hotels and reading reviews, but I have to say it was a beautiful experience staying at Pavo Art Hotel, it is very modern, safe and sleek, all the staff were friendly and amazing, checkout was at 11am, but George allowed me to have the room until 13:00, and also said I can wait in the lobby until I’m ready to leave as I had a late check-in at the airport, one review I read before booking this hotel said there’s a Lidl 10 minutes walk away, I can confirm that, also there’s a Greek supermarket about 3 minutes walk away, a plaza almost across from the hotel, several mini markets, chemist and shops, there’s a euro bank around 7 minutes walk away, literally everything you need is in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on the edge of the city center and only 2 blocks from the ocean. You would have to walk about 20 minutes for a small beach or drive 20 for a nicer beach. I rented a car and drove all over the island. Maria at the front desk was very helpful. Parking is hit or miss aw far as street parking. The hotel does have an arrangement with a parking lot a few blocks away, I never used it as I usuy found street parking closer than the parking lot. The room was very spacious, two TVs and a large balcony although I never used it as the view was not great. I stayed 8 nights and never had a problem. Is stay there again.

The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center.

It is very close to the large Talos Plaza with lots of shopping, restsurants & Starbucks. Maria at reception was most helpful when i was needing help navigating the bus service & even booked a taxi for me to get to the airport. The free municipal bus stops nearby. , at Talos Mall.
