「Clean room, friendly staff, good food, great location 」

「Great location, several shops and restaurants near by. The rooms on the back is very quiet. Very clean. 」

「The food is good, room is clean, big. Staffs are nice and helpful. wifi connection depends on your luck, some rooms are better, others are not. Shower not so good, little water come out. Not very close from downtown. Must walk to the nearby place, there is a place with graffiti, you could see people playing football from the bus stop nearby. There , you could get an excellent view when sun set!!!」

「The food at the hotel's restaurant is very poor and the elevator is not enough for whom is living in upstairs. It is not that good compared with the price. The cleaning staff is doing very bad service.」

「Os colaboradores de um modo geral são bem prestativos e educados. Menção especial a Noemia da recepção, sempre muito solicita e eficiente na solução dos problemas apresentados. Destaque no bar para Gilberto, Marcelo, Oliver , Francisco (garçom) e Felipe, todos muito atenciosos e educados. A cozinha é muito boa, e bem flexivel em alterar os pratos conforme o gosto do cliente. O atendimento de modo geral melhorou muito desde a ultima estadia. 」

「O hotel ainda está em finalização em relação a obra. Operários em todos os cantos do hotel. O Atendimento é bem ruim ainda, falta treinamento para a equipe da recepção. Equipe da recepção sem o mínimo de cordialidade. Totalmente desproporcional a proposta da eede. A estrutura depois de 100% entregue irá ficar maravilhoso. Recomendo, porém precisa melhorar muito o atendimento da equipe da recepção.」

Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. The hotel is an oasis and a hidden gem. Minors: wifi a little bit slow.」
