「Staff impecável, ofereceram empatia, agilidade e gentileza. Café da manhã é padrão da rede Íbis, mas habilmente preparado. Quarto com bom tamanho, com cama confortável e chuveiro com ducha forte, o que proporciona um bom banho, no final do dia. Minha única ressalva é referente ao valor da diária, pois excede muito à média dos hotéis brasileiros com o mesmo perfil. 」

「The food is good, room is clean, big. Staffs are nice and helpful. wifi connection depends on your luck, some rooms are better, others are not. Shower not so good, little water come out. Not very close from downtown. Must walk to the nearby place, there is a place with graffiti, you could see people playing football from the bus stop nearby. There , you could get an excellent view when sun set!!!」

「Always like staying here. The only thing could use improvement is room cleaned more frequently whether longer than 2 day stay and towels changed and toilet paper restocked workout having to ask」

「The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. 」
