Funcionários despreparados em todos os setores, poderia ser melhor e o café da manhã 35,00 bem simples pelo preço, ainda pedi pra fazer uma tapioca com queijo e a funcionária me falou pra eu pegar a tapioca fria com manteiga, colocar queijo e por na Sanduicheira, sem a menor noção, não vale a pena, em frente tem uma banca de café que é mais barato, melhor atendido e feito na hora

Péssima estrutura. Café da manhã muito fraco. O ar condicionado tem um controle pregado na parede, pra mudar a temperatura ou desligar tem que levantar da cama. A água não escorria direito no ralo... formava uma verdadeira piscina. O ar é muito antigo, não é um aparelho individual, então aparentemente é muito sujo. Travesseiros muito ruins. Só tem um ponto positivo, a equipe, muito prestativa e educada.

Estuvimos hospedados 4 noches mi esposa y yo, estamos de paso por Manaus y aprovechamos de conocer un poco la ciudad. Este hotel es una xcelente elección para estadias cortas, hay varios restaurantes en los alrededores, se puede caminar por la zona sin problemas ya que se ve segura. El restaurante del hotel sirve una comida espectacular y a precios muy razonables. Lo unico a mejorar es el tamaño de la habitacion es muy chica para una cama Queen Size. Una filtracion en la canilla del lavatorio que se pudo corregir.
