"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"The only problem I had was the roof leaked in the hallway of the 4th floor(my room was fine). And the balcony has a very high wall. I'm 5ft 10 and could just barely see over it. Otherwise amazing. Great staff, good breakfast, and the onsite pool, gym and indoor parking is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again."

"Ok in general I loved this hotel. It's super unique and so cute the bungalows they offer. However a few issues... very cold which is understood but they don't have solar power water heaters which could have helped. They forgot to turn the gas on for us to use hot water. The bungalow while lovely was cold. There are other designs that could let the sunlight and and make it warmer. The internet hardly works here. Plus they offer all these services that were not available. And then I thought...

"We were greeted by name by our hostess, Señora Domitila, as we walked up to Casa de Luna... it is quite a hike from the port with multiple stops to rest due to the altitude. Go straight up and to the right (multiple times) and ask a few people where Casa de la Luna is on the way. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Our room was large and comfortable. WIFI is spotty but that is the case for the entire island. Breakfast was eggs fruit bread juice and a warm beverage in a large...

"The owners were happy to answer all our questions by email before our arrival. The pool was very nice but know that it has no shallow end. The pool table and air hockey table were nice additions, especially if it happens to rain while you are there. The owners know a great taxi driver if you don't have transportation and want to go into town. It was so much quieter and more relaxing staying there than staying in a downtown hotel as I've done in the past. I will definitely be staying here again...
