"Joli hôtel classé et bien placé. Cependant le service est inefficace. Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. Personnel sympathique mais mal formé avec un manager à distance à Potosi très directif. Cela a rendu le séjour désagrable."

"A mix up at check in saw delays and harassment over payment. Eventually sorted with apologies from the admin. Very poor hot shower - a dribble of water at best. Otherwise the stay was fine with warm room, excellent breakfasts offered. "
