「Very bad communication & self check in ist not giving you all information you need for your room - it was very complicated to get a room… we ended in an already used bedroom bc they were not organized. Somebody came in our room at night and then looked us in - as mentioned we didnt have any keys or anything. We were not provided with the door code either after our self check in」

「Only location and city views」

「A localização é excelente próxima estação de metrô Japão liberdade. Dessa forma facilita o deslocamento. Apesar de ser centro com muitos moradores de ruas tem muito policiamento. Sobre o hostel: as roupas de cama e lençóis estavam fedendo e aparentemente tinham sido usadas e não lavadas! Estavam com odor de sujo e Em baixo da cama tinha lixo. O café é simples. A Recepção e atendimento bom. 」

「The room was not warm enough to sleep even adding extra blanket I still woke up at 4.30am due to the coldness. In fact, more than half of the roommates requested extra blankets for sleeping. I changed to another small dorm after 3 freezing nights. Room temperature was better but still not good enough for a good sleep. Finally, I needed to move to another hostel and found some quality sleep.」

「Well organised hostel and pretty decorated living area. Staff are very helpful. Close to airport. Suitable for landed around midnight.」
