The service is excellent in all areas. The room and bed were comfortable and clean, but the hotel common areas are in dire need of upgrading. We stayed here 2 nights and the hotel was fine for a short stay. We are two older women, during the day the area was ok and safe to walk around, but at night it felt little dicey.
The service was excellent, but the room was not that top notch

The hotel like all properties in Belem right now are under some kind of renovation for the COP30. The room is spacious , not fancy but has a fridge, cable tv, bathroom with bathtub. Mine has a queen bed have extra space for a table to dine inside, the balcony is small with some partial view of the paThe internet on my room was unstable , some days work just fine but on other days there was no service even switching

The receptionist not very nice, they didn’t treat me they way my mom and myself should , but topical Brazilians. When someone else is well dress , they pay more attention. Good was great and the servers amazing. The door man super nice and very helpful with my mom. I took her to Para to the Mercado ver o peso, for her 80 th birthday. It was great. Room service was fantastic but the room wasn’t clean . The bathroom at the lobby was very clean. I would go back.
Staff was friendly..I got very early at the hotel due to my flight and asked for early checkin. I didnt know that it was gonna cost me USD100. But I was with my child. If I knew I would have booked an additonal night before. Other then that, very good accomodation.Breakfast was amazing! Good varity and spacious rooms. I would for sure stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone! Good hotel, very happy! 🤗
My experience was mixed. While the location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions, the accommodations left much to be desired.
The room had an unpleasant smell of mugginess, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was outdated, with an old shower and a dingy, rusty bathtub that detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the lounge area featured sofas that were also old and had an unpleasant odor.
On a positive note, the breakfast served was great, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and common areas need significant improvement.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Moldy smell in some parts of the hotel. House keeping removed 3 ytowel, but only returned 1. Dirty bathroom floor. Good breakfast. English speaking staff.
This property is excellent, the best value we had in all of Brazil. The service is top notch, they speak English beautifully, the grounds and layout a lovely and we had a wonderful suite for three complete with robes and a beautiful view off the small balconies to the Praca do Republica.
