「Lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not mentioning names for privacy, a young man on duty on morning service on 12/13 Sep 2026 needs a special mention. So helpful and took personal interest everything during the stay was ok. Property is well furnished and feels homely. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Food is of a very good quality and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast. The area is well served for restaurants and walking tours by the coast. We really enjoyed...

「Beware if you are thinking about booking their rooms. Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes. They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home. Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night. We cancelled our trip and went back.」

「Constant noise and heavy fire doors banging until midnight, got woken up by people in the hallway leaving at 6am. The room had a green fire exit light that couldn’t turn off so the room was always lit up even with the other lights off. The lamp in the room was broken. Absolutely no soundproofing anywhere. Plenty of free parking though. Breakfast was included but not a great standard. Bathroom had paint peeling off the windowsills and the shower was slow to drain. There were shower amenities...

「We had a fantastic over night stay here. The room was large, modern and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay before an early flight from Bristol. We stayed in room 14, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome from the staff on site. Check in was quick and helped to sort the free parking via their tablet on the bar. We dined here and the food was lovely with very generous portion sizes! The drinks were lovely, the staff were ALL excellent and the pub its self is a...

「Wonderful accommodations in a most beautiful part of our world. The building is very old and this is not perfect. For us it was perfect. An excellent breakfast each morning and dinner and pints in the evening. Plenty to see nearby. We look forward to visiting again.」

「Loved old architecture」

「Due to age of building plus isolation it had some unique qualities but the staff were all lovely and the stay was enjoyable.」

「Nice village hotel and our check in and room were good on the face of it. Other than the guy who checked us in, staff was generally rude. We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. We were greeted by a man in a hurry, brusquely telling us over his shoulder whilst rushing around doing...

「kitchen closed at 6pm and no breakfast available despite having paid for it so i got a refund and didn't check in.」

「Lovely clean room, furnished beautifully and to a very high standard! Very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff and delicious breakfast too.」
