「Sofa bed had no blankets, or comforter and sheets appeared used. There was also food on the sofa bed mattress. Had to ring bell 4 times for Check-in at Front Desk. Pool needs maintenance- paint on stairs to pool is peeling Breakfast was good!」

「I booked a hotel with a hot tub, that is a priority to me. I checked into the hotel after driving nine hours on the road. When I went to use the hot tub, I realized it was not working out of commission! When I checked in the person at the front desk did not tell me this! Had he disclosed this in advance I would’ve booked another hotel! Keeping this information from me was unfair! The pool was beyond cold that is why nobody was in it at a time when it is usually very full. I’ve been to this...
