They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me...

「Our 2 room suite was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. We loved the balcony view of sunrise over the Caribbean Sea, from either the spa tub or chairs. We also used the kitchenette for cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch, and walked to delicious local restaurant one evening, and the Club Regina hotel bar overlooking the coast the other eve (nachos and cheesecake were very good).
