「Great rooms and location but it’s the staff that make the difference at this hotel. Rosie, Mary, Candace and Keke were absolutely amazing! We had a small issue, not with the hotel, and they went above and beyond to help when they didn’t have too. Excellent staff!! 」

「Checking in was a breeze as I had prepaid for the room. The incidental fee has increased from 50.00 per room per night to 75.00 and they now charge a 10.00 parking fee. No big deal. The room was spotless, clean and the air and heat worked perfect. All the staff was professional and nice. I checked out at 9:00AM. By 11:00AM my 75.00 fee was already back on my Capital One credit card.」
