「Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful; however, we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the key wouldn’t work (for us or the staff), second room the thermostat was broken and the room was hot, the third and final room was fine but the TV did not work. 」

「We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms.
